Richard joined Prater in 1983 as part of their apprenticeship scheme and quickly progressed through commercial and project management roles to become Divisional Director. He was recognised for his ability to effectively manage resources and dedication to the well being of employees and was appointed Operations Director in 2004. Richard was appointed CEO for the UK Lindner Group in January 2014.

Andy joined Prater in 1986 as an Estimator and by 1991 was appointed Divisional Manager for the BUR and single ply division.
With an eye for new business opportunities, Andy's responsibilities increased on all pre-construction activities for the business when he became Prater's Business Development Director in 2002.
Andy was appointed to the Lindner UK Group Board from January 2015 and is now responsible for all the pre-construction activities, as well as aligning processes across all three Lindner UK businesses.
Mark originally joined Schmidlin (UK) Ltd in 1986 and quickly progressed into a management role. He was appointed Projects Director in 2006 and oversaw the operational transition from Schmidlin to Lindner Facades Ltd. Over the years, Mark has been integral in delivering many of our prestigious landmark projects. In 2012 Mark was promoted to Operations Director responsible for the overall successful delivery of our projects and has since been appointed Managing Director in 2016.
After qualifying as a chartered accountant, David worked in management consultancy before moving into finance. He joined Schmidlin (UK) Ltd in 1997 as Finance Director and was instrumental in the deal when Lindner bought the Schmidlin business in 2006. David is a graduate of the University of Bath and has an MBA from Kingston University.
Peter joined Lindner Facades in 2012 as Commercial Director and is responsible for quality, environmental, surveying and contractual matters within the facade business and overall management responsibility for Special Works. Peter has previously worked for Mero Schmidlin Uk Plc as Commercial Director and is a Fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
Neil joined Lindner Facades as Sales Director in 2016, following 15 years with another prominent specialist curtain walling contractor. Neil graduated in Construction from Nottingham Trent University, before starting a career as a quantity surveyor, moving from commercial management into estimating, leading bids and then into sales management.
Rick joined the Lindner Facades team as a Bid Manager in 2006, following 20 years experience with a curtain wall and cladding contractor. Rick achieved numerous successes as a Bid Manager and was promoted into the Business Development role within the Sales team. Today, he leads the bid teams as Bid Director and has recently secured the largest single order for the Lindner Facades division to date.
With over 20 years’ experience within the UK specialist facade industry, Karl has worked with a number of prominent façade contractors, making the progression from Project Manager to Project Director.
Having worked on a collection of large scale, high value projects, Karl joined Lindner earlier this summer with extensive experience managing personnel at all levels, from contract win through to completion
