Corporate Social Responsibility

Lindner Facades recognises that it must integrate its business values and operations to meet the expectations of its stakeholders, which include customers, employees, regulators, investors, suppliers, the community and the environment.

We realise that our social, economic and environmental responsibilities to these stakeholders are integral to our business and aim to demonstrate them through our actions, within our corporate policies and through the correct use and continual improvement of our Integrated Management System.

We take all feedback received from stakeholders seriously and will be open and honest when communicating our strategies, targets, performance and governance to them, as part of our continual commitment to sustainable development.

We ensure that all the necessary resources are available in order to realise our corporate obligations and responsibility for our performance towards corporate social responsibility rests with all employees throughout the company.

Our focus is to:

Ensure a high level of business performance while minimising and managing risk effectively;
Register and resolve customer complaints in accordance with our internal procedures;
Operate an equal opportunities policy for all employees;
Offer our workers clear and fair terms of service and provide resources to enable their continual development;
Maintain a clear and fair remuneration policy;
Provide safeguards to ensure that all workers are treated with respect and without sexual, physical or mental harassment;
Provide, and strive to maintain, a clean, healthy and safe working environment;
Uphold the values of honesty, partnership and fairness in our relationships with stakeholders;
Have our contracts clearly set out with the agreed terms, conditions and the basis of our relationship;
Operate in a way that safeguards against unfair business practices;
Encourage suppliers and contractors to adopt responsible business policies and practices for mutual benefit, including compliance with the UN Global Compact (forbidding resources from oppressive regimes and use of child labour)
