Our People

Our core values are all about our people who are at the heart of everything we do.

We understand that to deliver continued success, we must continue to develop and listen to our people. We undertake a comprehensive review of staff requirements on a regular basis, and are assessing and updating requirements continually to align with company strategies, targets and commitments.

In addition to this, we carry out reviews of staff performance, and continue to instigate and assess training needs for individuals and groups to enhance both personal and business success of the business.

In order to help our staff employees to achieve a healthy work/life balance, Lindner Facades operates a flexitime system which as well as providing a flexibility with regard to start and finish times each day, also compensates staff with extra days off if they are working very long hours.

As well as providing a very comprehensive local benefits package, UK staff also enjoy a number of Lindner Group benefits which include:-

  • An invitation to attend the annual Lindner Bierfest held each July in Arnstorf where Lindner staff from all over the World gather to socialise at a traditional Bavarian party.
  • The annual Group ski weekend normally held in Austria where different companies compete in various winter sports.
  • The opportunity for staff and their immediate family to stay at one of the Lindner holiday homes. There are currently a total of 30 individual holiday homes in 7 European countries, most of them located in fantastic scenery.

As part of the Lindner Group there can also be opportunities to work within sister companies in the UK and across the world.
